- Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned/exchanged.
- When the order status is awaiting production, you can refund and cancel your order.
- When the order status is in production, request a refund if it is a non-production issue, only shipping costs will be refunded.
- When the order status is shipped, request a refund if it is a non-production issue, no refunded.
- When the order status is delivered, request a refund if it is a non-production issue, no refunded & no returned & no exchanged.
CustomGiftsMall is responsible for return postage fees or refunded.
- We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective.
- You received the incorrect custom content. If the custom content appearance is different from the custom content provided to CustomGiftsMall.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once your order has been production we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, you can only refund the shipping cost.
